Post Sprint
A Design Sprint is the beginning of generating new ideas and developing solutions for a challenge, not a single moment or the end of the process. Planning for what happens after your Design Sprint should happen before the Sprint even begins.
For example, with new product development, a product manager might develop the business case to invest further company resources, or the development team may iterate upon, develop, and test a high-fidelity prototype. Ensure there is someone who owns the results of the Design Sprint and give them a clear path toward launch or next steps. Document your Design Sprint process, methodology and results and share it with the relevant stakeholders. This includes taking photos throughout the sprint, as well as notes about what did and did not work for your team. You may consider soliciting feedback from the Sprint participants via an email survey and/or end of day check-ins.
Also, be sure to take a creative break immediately after the Sprint. Sprints are intense, and the team will need to rest and get distance to bring fresh eyes into the next steps.
